Our team provides cognitive behavioral therapy for neurodivergent children, teenagers, and young adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, or anxiety-related difficulties. Cognitive behavioral therapy helps build insight into how thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and behaviors influence one another. We focus on helping clients develop flexible coping strategies, improve emotional awareness, and increase confidence within emotionally intense situations. Therapy is individualized to each client.
For most individuals, therapy includes creating a gradual, step-by-step plan for approaching difficult situations. Parent participation is an important and necessary part of our approach to cognitive behavioral therapy to create a supportive space for strategies to work. Appointment series typically range from 12 to 15 sessions, with follow-up appointments available as needed.
We guide families through a clear, supportive process from your first conversation with us to meaningful recommendations and next steps.
