At Wisteria, it is important to us that your child is successful at school, and we want to work with you and school teams to make that happen. We work hand-in-hand with your child's school to support their success and keep them learning in the classroom. Our BCBA-lead behavioral teams are available to provide direct support to your child and engage in active collaboration with caregivers and school teams to develop better outcomes for students. Our direct intervention services are designed to increase a child’s access to the learning environment, develop important communication, social, and adaptive skills, and increase the safety of the child and others present in the teaching environment. Our training services include training of school staff in the direct support of individual students as well as the development of effective classroom strategies that improve the well-being of all students and staff and support the development of classrooms that are places of safe, successful learning for all involved.

Intake
We gather background information, observe your child and discuss concerns to understand their needs.
Prior Authorization Process
Our intake special works together to put together a treatment package based on the intake and submits a treatment plan to your insurance for approval.
Approval and Orientation
Once we receive approval for services from insurance, the team will notify you to set up a caregiver orientation to introduce our program, answer questions and review what to expect.
Scheduling
Our scheduling team will work with your family to find consistent weekly times for services that works for your family.
Ongoing services
Once the treatment team is established our providers will work with your child and their educators at school to implement your child's individualized treatment protocol and update it as appropriate.
