Parent coaching is a short-term collaborative, family-centered approach that helps families develop practical strategies for supporting their child in everyday life. Our psychologists work closely with families to better understand challenges, identify meaningful goals, and build skills.

Together, we identify priority goals and develop strategies tailored to the child and family. Parents are taught evidence-based approaches, supported in practicing these skills, and guided in evaluating what is and is not working. Appointment series typically range from 6 to 15 sessions, with follow-up appointments available as needed.
