Intake
We gather background information, observe your child and discuss concerns to understand their needs.
Prior Authorization Process
Our intake special works together to put together a treatment package based on the intake and submits a treatment plan to your insurance for approval.
Approval and Orientation
Once we receive approval for services from insurance, the team will notify you to set up a caregiver orientation to introduce our program, answer questions and review what to expect.
Scheduling
Our scheduling team will work with your family to find consistent weekly times for services that works for your family.
Ongoing services
Once the treatment team is established your child will attend regular appointments in which our providers will implement your child's individualized treatment protocol and update it as appropriate.
